Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a clear and transparent return and refund process. Please review the information below carefully.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. You may also include the reason for return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Tags must be attached

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Cost

For non-defective items:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. If a return is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and the customer to resolve the matter in accordance with the shipping provider’s investigation process.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

If your return meets the conditions outlined in this Return & Refund Policy, no restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Only return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items, as outlined above.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date or delivery date and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Once confirmed, customers may choose between:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Hayes Mode.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and approving the returned item

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
